Terms of Use

Acceptance and scope. These terms govern your use of pixelz.pro and everything published on it — tutorials, diagrams, illustrations, code and any other material (together, “the content”). By browsing the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please stop using the site. The content is offered free of charge and is intended for personal, educational and non-commercial use.

What this site is, and what it is not. Pixelz publishes general photography guidance for hobbyists. The content is provided for general information only and is not professional instruction, and it is not advice on commercial, industrial, medical, legal or safety-critical photography. While we work hard to keep every tutorial accurate and we revise lessons when our advice changes, photography depends on your equipment, your location and the conditions on the day. You are responsible for your own use of any technique described, for your own equipment and its safe operation, and for complying with local law — including restrictions on tripods, drones, photography of people or property, and access to land.

Disclaimer of warranties. The content is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, or that any external resource we link to is accurate or still available.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixelz and the people who write and operate it are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages — including loss of or damage to equipment, images, data or profit — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the content or from your inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property. The text, the site design and the code that generates it are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may read, print and share links to the content for personal use, and you may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link back to the original page. You may not republish our tutorials in bulk, present them as your own, sell them, or use them to train or seed a commercial content product without our prior written permission.

Advertising and third-party services. The site is funded by advertising served through Google AdSense, and it may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or privacy practices. Advertising is not an endorsement, and any transaction you enter into with an advertiser or a linked site is between you and them. Cookies and personal data are covered by our Privacy Policy rather than these terms.

Changes and termination. We may add, change, move or remove any part of the content or the site at any time, and we may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. If you breach these terms, we may restrict your access to the site.

Governing terms and contact. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. Questions about these terms, permissions beyond the scope above, and correction requests can all be sent to [email protected]; we usually reply within two business days. These terms were last updated on September 15, 2026.
