What we can help with: corrections to a tutorial, a topic you would like us to cover, a broken link or a diagram that is hard to read on your device. What we cannot do: we are a small editorial team, so we cannot provide individual instruction, critique your portfolio, recommend a specific purchase or appraise equipment. For a buying decision, a local camera shop or a rental test will serve you far better than email.
Response time. We aim to reply to every genuine message within two business days, and within 30 days for privacy and data requests sent to this address. Messages arrive during China Standard Time (UTC+8) working hours. We do not use your message for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
